Nana Donna's Card Dreams: A Clean & Simple Birthday card

Hello everyone, this week at Crafty Creations our challenge is to make a "clean & simple" birthday card. I really love this style of card but some how have a hard time making one. Amy is out hostess this week and not really sure how she is keeping up with it as she just got married on Sunday! Congratulations and best wishes Amy to you and your new hubby.

Here is my clean & simple card for this week

I am pretty please with how it turned out. It is an A2 (5 1/2 x 4 1/4)size card I haven't made a card this sizes in ages, but I knew I wanted to use my Cuttlebug and emboss it and since most of the folders are A2 I thought I would make the card this size. Both the flower image and the happy birthday are Gina K Design stamps and they are heat embossed with a purple pearl embossing powder, to match the pearl white paper I used.. The oval are cut with my Spellbinders. I even finished the inside.

Rather simple, but at least I finished it. LOL So come join in birthday cards are always easy to make. Don't forget to post your creation on Crafty Creations Challenge blog. You have till October 4th.
