Flowery Happy Birthday

I really really didn't need any more paper, especially with having an Imagine, but when I save the K & Company Tim Coffey flowered paper pack I could not resist.
The background floral paper is from the stack that I cut into strips and matched them up as I glued them down.  This card was made following the sketch this week at Mojo Monday, I love there sketches and like to play along when I can.
This is an 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 inch card, but it really used my brain to some up with the correct measurements to cut and have all the pieces evenly spaced, whew but I got through it.  I wanted to be very careful so I did not have to trim in between the strips so the pattern would still match up.
I added a bow using my crinkle ribbon (which I always forget I have).  The center off white piece is Cuttlebugged using a Darci folder that I got, I thought the flowers went well with the background paper.  I got the embossing folder from Consumer Crafts for just $2.97 and plan on order more.  Consumer Crafts is great very fast.
I added some golden yellow pearls to the center of the flowers to set them off and make the square a little blinged up.  Happy birthday is a stamp that I added some glitter brads to the ends and pop dotted onto the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look around.
