Chirstmas Stocking Card

This week at Cricut Cardz Challenge, the challenge was to make a card using any colors, or any cartridge and make a Christmas card using something that started with an "S" so I made this card using one of the stockings from Christmas Cheer cartridge.  I liked the whimsical look of it.
The white or the cuff of the stocking went through a lot to get were it is at.  LOL.  I cut it out about 4 or 5 times because I was not sure what medium I would use on it.  First I used Versamark ink pad then heat embossed it with clear deep impression embossing powder, then I did another one and put glue on it and added white flowers soft, and the next one I heat embossed with white puff embossing powder, none of which I was real happy with.  I then went back to the first one and added another layer of the deep impression embossing powder but sprinkled it with glittery powder while it was still hot.  Finally I then heat embossed it again using a white pearl powder and I finally liked the look it got.  After all of that it is pretty thick which is fine because it gives it dimension.  Here you can see it.  You can also see the small ornament that I also cut from Christmas Cheer and then applied Gloosy Accents all over it.
The background paper is from a DCWV Christmas stack from a couple of years ago.  The pink on the stocking and the silver on the ornaments is holographic paper that is very hard to photographic to get all the colors that is has.  I added a pearl to the tip of the stocking and also a couple of small pearls in the corners.   I also put Glossy Accents on the "tack" that hold the stocking up.  This card also follows one of the sketches on RAQs challenge this week.

Thanks for stopping by, any comments I would appreciate.
