Ok, I am really running against the clock on this one.
I made this card following the sketch over at
Retro Rubber Challenge where you have to use an older
rubber stamp. The Joy stamp is from a 2000 Stampin Up
I stamped it with VersaMark ink and then heat embossed with
Brutus/Monroe Alabaster embossing powder.
I LOVE this embossing powder, some of the best I have used. It covers
very well and heats/melts quickly and evenly.
I flipped the sketch on it's side and using some glitter paper
added some strips. The background paper is from a
Christmas paper stack from Michaels a couple years ago.
Well, that is it, thanks for stopping by.

Your card is absolutely beautiful. I love your take on the sketch. I also read your "profile" and I'm so sorry about the back surgery. How positively wonderful that you found a way to stay upbeat by stamping, it shows. You do fabulous work. I would like to follow your blog I just don't see where to join. Again lovely card. Please feel free to stop by my blog as well. pjs-projects.blogspot.com
