Pretty in Pink

Hi, I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far.

I have a card to share with you today I made using my Silhouette Cameo and Sizzix  pens.  The design is a Samantha Walker Design, I am pretty new the Cameo world so I am just learning about all the awesome cuts and designs out there that I can use with my Cameo. 

This image was designed to be cut out of vinyl for a wall hanging.  Because of it's intricate design you can not cut it too small or from paper, however I liked it so much and wanted to use it on a card so I used my Cameo and my Sizzix pens to draw it.  Then using my Cameo I cut the shape around the dress form.  The Silhouette Design Studio makes it very easy to achieve something like this. The pink papers were all printed using my Cricut Imagine.   The large green scalloped oval and the other ovals I cut using my Cricut and the Art Philosophy cartridge.  You see my Cricut and my Cameo get along very well. :)

Here is a closer look at the image, there is one small are where the ink bled a bit but I think that is because the pen had to make so many turns on that spot.  I drew it a few times and that spot always came out like that.  

I am not sure yet how I will use this card, but possibly something like "celebrate your birthday in style" I am open for suggestions so let me hear what ya got!
