Card Pattern Sketch Card

Hi, I have a card to share with you today that I created following the sketch this week at Card Pattern Sketch blog.  If you know me you know I love to follows sketches, this was a pretty simple one and went together fairly fast for me.
Of course using the papers in Florentine Workshop helped speed up the process since I have such a hard time picking out papers.  That is what I love about the CTMH paper packs it takes the guess work out of what goes together, LOL.  I found these buttons in my stash that matched the upper piece perfectly.  I cut the top scalloped circle using the Art Philosophy cartridge and then Cuttlebugged it.  The "thank you" is stamped using one of the stamps from the 4 My Friend CTMH stamp set, then I stamped the border along the top and the bottom of the front panel with a stamp that come in the Florentine Workshop, I think it added just the right amount of trim so the center piece did not look so plain.
I did the inside very simply to match the front and left a blank space to write a note on.
I am so glad you stopped by, I hope you enjoyed my card.  I would love to hear what you think.

Believe in Yourself

Hi as you all know I am really enjoying my CTMH products.  The Workshop on the Go Kits are wonderful they make it so easy to put a card together because all the papers coordinate so well. You should click on HERE and check them out, they have some fabulous themes.   I recently got the Florentine Workshop , so I created this card using the papers from this kit.
It is a pretty simple style that I saw in the May 2012 issue of the Cricut Magazine.  The flower and stem were cut using the Art Philosophy cartridge,  I cut the flower three times and sprayed them with water and crumpled them up.  I had some Lost & Found brads that I got from Peachy Cheap last week and there was one that matched the flower perfectly.  How lucky is that!  Each day Peachy Cheap comes out with a new deal so check them out.
The "Believe in Yourself" is a stamp that came with the Florentine Workshop.  I never would have thought to stamp it sideways like that till I seen the idea in the Cricut Magazine.  I also cut the stem/leaves out twice and marked the the leaves with lines.
I just found this challenge today Die Cut Divas and this week their challenge was to use flowers so I will enter this card there.  But I will have to check back tomorrow as their challenges come out each Wednesday, so I am sneaking this one in just under the wire.
Thank you so much for stopping by, leave me a little comment so that I know you were here, I love reading them.
